The emphasis of this workshop is to “open the door” for exploration and creativity in acrylic, watercolor, and mixed media. You will become familiar with various nontraditional media like acrylic gels, texturing mediums, collage, transfers, and the use of “collected” materials.  There will be a strong emphasis on value, design and composition.  Students will be encouraged to strengthen their personal, unique painting styles. There will be daily demos and lots of personal attention.
